Shipping
When will my order ship?
Please allow 4-10 days for delivery via standard shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and are shipped via UPS. We ship Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm PST. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, however, if the delivery date is critical for your gift, please email us at orders@blushboxgifts.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is free shipping included with all gifts?
We are thrilled to offer free standard shipping for our ready-to-ship gift boxes over $50! Please note, expedited shipping will incur an additional charge (see checkout). Free shipping is not included in custom orders.
What if a gift is damaged in transit?
We do our best to ensure gifts arrive just as they left us. If there is any damage, please email us at orders@blushboxgifts.com with a photo of the damage.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Packaging
How will my gift be packaged?
Our gifts are packaged in our custom Blush Box gift box, tied with a ribbon. Typically, we use a black ribbon, however, we may include seasonal accents and/or other colored ribbons for specific boxes. Fragile items in the box may be wrapped with special care to ensure a smooth delivery.
Can I add a personalized message or note?
Yes! All of our gift boxes come with a personalized note. If you do not wish to add a personal message, we will ship the package with a blank card.
For a custom gift, can I include a logo or branding on the products or box?
We do our best to ensure gifts arrive just as they left us. If there is any damage, please email us at orders@blushboxgifts.com with a photo of the damage.
Will you show any prices or a receipt with the gift?
No. We never include any price slips or receipts with our boxes. We understand these are gifts for a special recipient.
Payment
What is your refund policy?
Due to the amount of time and attention we give our gift boxes, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Absolutely! Please email us at orders@blushboxgifts.com and we would be happy to create something unique for your special occasion.
Do you offer hand-delivery?
We may offer hand-delivery in Newport Beach and/or select surrounding cities around Orange County for specific occasions. Please email us at orders@blushboxgifts.com to request this option and see if your city is included.
